Upon your arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be met by your tour manager, who will help you get your entry visa. You will then be driven through the streets of Cairo in a private, air-conditioned vehicle and guided to your hotel, where the tour manager awaits to assist with check-in and review your Cairo and Dubai in 3 Days. Your private guide will take you to the Giza Plateau after you enjoy breakfast at the hotel to see the Great Pyramids of Giza, which is recognized as one of the Seven Wonders of the World. The authentic Egyptian restaurant will serve lunch to the group after they explore the pyramids, and then they will continue their journey to the Egyptian Museum, which is situated in old Downtown Cairo with views of Tahrir Square. On the final day of your Tour to Egypt and Dubai, it is advisable to avoid booking any outgoing international flights before 3:00 pm. You may also consider extending your stay. Our Tour Leader is happy to assist you with arranging additional accommodation and transfers if required.

To ensure you secure the Tour to Egypt and Dubai at the desired time, we recommend making a reservation early. To confirm your booking, a deposit of 25% is required. During peak seasons like Christmas and New Year, the deposit increases to 50%. This deposit will go toward your final payment, which is due one week before arrival or in cash upon arrival.
We offer a convenient installment payment option, allowing you to spread the cost of your Tour to Egypt and Dubai over 6, 9, or 12 months. You can pay the remaining balance upon arrival in Egypt using cash or a credit/debit card. Alternatively, you can choose to pay the full amount in monthly installments before your trip begins.

In the event of canceling your Tour to Egypt and Dubai, the following charges apply:

- 31-60 days before arrival: 20% of the total price.

- 1-14 days before arrival: 100% of the total price.

If your government or airline issues a travel advisory due to unexpected circumstances like war, natural disasters, or pandemics, we offer a highly flexible cancellation policy. You will be eligible for a refund or credit toward future travel, which can be used within 12 months of the original booking. However, airline terms and cancellation fees, as well as any applicable bank surcharges on deposits, will apply.
