Welcome to the land of the Pharaohs! Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, your Around Egypt Tours representative will greet you and assist with customs and baggage claim. Enjoy a private transfer in an air-conditioned vehicle to your hotel in Cairo.
The rest of the day is at leisure to relax after your flight or explore Cairo’s vibrant streets at your own pace, discovering the lively atmosphere of Egypt’s capital.
The ancient Egyptian wonders would start your journey into life once you had some breakfast. Your private Egyptologist takes you on a day trip to the Giza pyramids, where there lie the legendary Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinos. You would have to gaze at the magnificent Sphinx and walk through the Valley Temple, an ancient site of royal rituals. Lunch follows at a nice restaurant.
In the afternoon, you will be at the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), which brings the world's largest collection of ancient Egyptian artifacts and treasures of King Tutankhamun.
After breakfast, transfer to Cairo Airport and take a domestic flight to Luxor. Upon arrival, meet your guide, and proceed on a fascinating trip of Luxor’s East Bank. Visit one of the largest-ever religious structures in the world, the mostly overdressed-with-small-architectural-details Karnak Temple Complex, and then find your way to the gorgeously illuminated Luxor Temple, a representation of Egypt’s divine kingship.
Have lunch in a local restaurant, then transfer to your hotel for the check-in process.
Overnight stay in Luxor
Begin your breakfast and leave for the West Bank of Luxor, where the royal burials of Egypt's greatest pharaohs lie. First, visit the Valley of the Kings, where the tombs of Tutankhamun and other famous rulers rest. Then head toward the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, a glorious memorial of one of Egypt's most celebrated queens, and stop for photographs at the towering Colossi of Memnon.
After your tour, enjoy a pleasant and comfortable private drive to Aswan, where your hotel check-in and relaxation will follow.
Overnight in Aswan
After breakfast, head out for this kind of scenic motorboat trip toward Philae Island, once home of the sacred Temple of Isis. And then go by the High Dam, which is one of the newer marvels of Egyptian engineering. Later enjoy a colorful Nubian village cultural visit to learn about traditional life along the Nile.
Transfer to Aswan Airport for your return flight to Cairo in the evening.

Our tour prices are quoted in US dollars per person per trip, but you can also choose to pay in Euro or GBP. Please be aware that prices may fluctuate during Christmas, New Year, and Easter. Once your Egypt Classic Travel Package is confirmed, we guarantee that no changes will be made to your rate from our side.
On the final day of your Egypt Classic Travel Package, it is advisable to avoid booking any outgoing international flights before 3:00 pm. You may also consider extending your stay in Egypt. Our Tour Leader is happy to assist you with arranging additional accommodation and transfers if required.
- Infants (up to 2 years old): Free of charge when sharing with their parents.
- Children under 6 years old: Pay 25% of the adult rate when sharing a room with their parents and using an extra bed.
- Children under 12 years old: Pay 50% of the adult rate when sharing a room with their parents and using an extra bed.
- Children 12 years and older: Considered adults, paying full rates.
- This policy applies to one child sharing a room with their parents, with a maximum of one child allowed per room.
To ensure you secure the Egypt Classic Travel Package at the desired time, we recommend making a reservation early. To confirm your booking, a deposit of 25% is required. During peak seasons like Christmas and New Year, the deposit increases to 50%. This deposit will go toward your final payment, which is due one week before arrival or in cash upon arrival.
We offer a convenient installment payment option, allowing you to spread the cost of your Egypt Classic Travel Package over 6, 9, or 12 months. You can pay the remaining balance upon arrival in Egypt using cash or a credit/debit card. Alternatively, you can choose to pay the full amount in monthly installments before your trip begins.
Tipping is a common way of showing appreciation for exceptional service, although it is not mandatory. It is often seen as a gesture to acknowledge the dedication and effort of service providers. However, it's important to note that tipping should not replace an employer's obligation to provide fair compensation.
In the event of canceling your Egypt Classic Travel Package, the following charges apply:
- 61+ days before arrival: 10% of the total price.
- 31-60 days before arrival: 20% of the total price.
- 15-30 days before arrival: 50% of the total price.
- 1-14 days before arrival: 100% of the total price.
Please note that cancellation fees also apply to all domestic flights within Egypt.
