A tour guide from Around Egypt Tours will meet and assist you at Cairo International Airport (arrival procedures) and then escort you to the hotel in an exclusive air-conditioned deluxe vehicle. The tour manager will assist you with a seamless check-in at the hotel and review your 13-day Cairo, Sharm El Sheikh, and Luxury Dahabiya Cruise with you to establish and confirm pickup times for all the tours. Hotel check-out is after breakfast, and your private tour guide will accompany you to begin your luxury trips to Egypt by visiting one of the great attractions of Egypt, the plateau of the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus. An onward visit to the Sphinx follows, while the tour also includes a visit to the Valley Temple of the Pyramid of Chephren. Then, we'll continue to the visit of the solar boat in front of the Cheops Pyramid. Sail to El Kab, on the East Bank of the Nile, which was once the capital of Upper Egypt and is still home to the temple of Nekhbet, and explore the row of fascinating decorated tombs carved into the slope of the mountains. Upon docking, you will embark on a beautiful walk through a small fishermen's village to visit the necropolis. In the afternoon, the luxury Dahabiya will arrive at Edfu, and then you will visit the wonderfully preserved Temple of Edfu by horse carriage. After returning to the luxury Dahabiya, you will set sail for a beautiful island.

Sailing after breakfast, and then you will stop at an island to swim in the Nile as you will have the chance to walk into the desert along a valley lined with boulders covered in ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs and Stone Age inscriptions. • Tips for the final departure
On your last day, we would recommend not booking any outgoing international flight until after 3.00 pm, or consider spending an extra night in Cairo. Our tour manager can assist with additional services like accommodation and transfers.

Reservations should be made as early as possible to confirm the desired Egypt travel packages. Spaces will be secured as well as Your request will be confirmed upon receiving a deposit of 25 % of the required payment.
During the peak season (X-Mas, New Year), the required deposit will 50%of the required payment. This deposit forms part of your final payment. The remaining balance should be paid up to a week before your arrival date or cash upon arrival.

Around Egypt Tours offers you a new payment plan that allows you to pay your booked luxury tours to Egypt in monthly installments.
You will pay in monthly installments of 6 months, nine months, or 12 months leading up to your arrival. You will pay the Rest of
payment upon your arrival to Egypt in cash or by credit/debit cards, or you can pay the full cost in monthly installments before your
Arrival to Egypt.

All our Egypt travel packages don't include the entrance fees to the specific archaeological sites such as :

• Tipping

• Cancellation Policy
In case you cancel your vacation to Egypt, the following scale of charges will be applied:
From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 10% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 20% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 14 and 1 days before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject
to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.
• Emergency Cancellation Policy
Around Egypt Tours offers a highly flexible cancelation policy, in case your government or the airline declared a travel warning
for War, riot, civil strife, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, flood, conditions, epidemics, infections, or outbreaks of COVID-19. If that happened, we would be refunding you the amount paid for the booked tour, or in some cases, your payment will be a credit for future travel. You have the flexibility to apply this amount towards new travel services booked within 12 months.
According to the airline's terms and conditions, only flights’ cancellation/changing fees are charged, and bank surcharges fees are applied on the deposit amount paid.
