Take a 3-day Amboseli National Park Safari from Nairobi and get to see an authentic Kenyan wildlife experience. In this case, the tour will send you right into Amboseli, famous for its massive elephant populations and exquisite views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Participate in overland animal viewing with skilled rangers, searching for lions, giraffes, zebras, and many other African species.
The Africa tours also provide either comfortable lodge or tented accommodations, local food that is exclusive and the ability to take pictures of the spectacular sunsets over the savannah. This Amboseli Safari is not only great for wildlife enthusiasts and photographers; it also guarantees a lifetime adventure and is an unmissable part of any Kenya safari tour itinerary.
Our representative will pick you up from your hotel or residence at 07:00 AM for a scenic five-hour drive to Amboseli National Park, which is one of the most famous places for wildlife in Kenya. The park is set at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's tallest mountain and is famous for its big groups of elephants and photographers who love the park.
Get to Oilepo Amboseli Lodge (or similar) just in time for lunch, then take a short nap in the afternoon. Afterward, go for a game drive at night and meet the different kinds of wildlife in the park, such as zebras, buffaloes, hyenas, lions, gazelles, and a great number of birds. If the weather is good, the beautiful snow-draped summit of Mount Kilimanjaro will be seen behind you. Go back to the lodge at night for dinner and spend the night there.
After a leisurely breakfast, go on a morning game drive that will expose you to the beautiful scenery and many different kinds of animals. Come back to the lodge for lunch and a nap in the afternoon. Later on, go on an evening game drive to see and photograph the elephants coming back from and going to the swamps.
As an option, you can have a full-day game drive with a packed picnic lunch to see the best parts of Amboseli National Park, namely the breathtaking wildlife views and Mount Kilimanjaro in the background.
You also have the possibility of going to a Maasai Cultural Village, where the rich customs and beliefs of the Maasai people will be demonstrated and you’ll have an understanding of their lifestyle.
Have a delightful breakfast in the early morning and an en-route game drive as you say goodbye to Amboseli. Drive back to Nairobi for five hours, with a possible halt at Karen for souvenir shopping. You may also select to have a farewell lunch at Talisman Restaurant (own cost) before being dropped off at your choice of location in Nairobi—hotel, airport, or another place.
