Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi - Begin Your Kenya & South Africa Adventure

Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi, our representative will be waiting for you and take care of the transfer to Nairobi Serena Hotel or something equivalent. This graceful hotel has five-star facilities and is perfectly situated in the middle of Nairobi's busy city center, thus giving off a peaceful oasis in the midst of the city's liveliness.


Day 2: Amboseli Arrival – Elephants Beneath Kilimanjaro

After breakfast, depart for Amboseli National Park, known for its stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Upon arrival, take pleasure in a safari drive before checking into your lodge for lunch. Later in the day, go on another safari to uncover this animal continent, which is the habitation of an extensive range of animals. Dine on and sleep at your lodge.

Day 3: Final Amboseli Safari

Start the day with a morning game drive, exploring the various animals at Amboseli, among them the impressive elephants. Day 4: Lake Elementaita

Day 5: Scenic Journey to Lake Nakuru

Today, you will be treated to a complete day of wildlife viewing in Lake Nakuru National Park, which is famous for the large number of flamingos as well as the wildlife that is there, including the rare black rhino. Take a break for lunch at Sarova Lion Hill Lodge and then go on an afternoon game drive before coming back to your hotel for dinner.

Day 6: Masai Mara Magic—First Game Drive Experience

Make a trip to Maasai Mara, the world-renowned safari park of Kenya. Get there, and then start your adventure with a game drive in the area where the wildlife is abundant. Day 7: Searching for the Big Five in the Heart of the Mara

Day 8: Nairobi – Departure

Our tour prices are quoted in US dollars per person per trip, but you can also choose to pay in Euro or GBP. Please be aware that prices may fluctuate during Christmas, New Year, and Easter. We are committed to providing the lowest possible prices, and we keep our rates up-to-date. Once your Best Kenya Safari Tour is confirmed, we guarantee that no changes will be made to your rate from our side.

Tips for Departure:

On the final day of your Best Kenya Safari Tour, it is advisable to avoid booking any outgoing international flights before 3:00 pm. You may also consider extending your stay. Our Tour Leader is happy to assist you with arranging additional accommodation and transfers if required.

Children Policy:

- Infants (up to 2 years old): Free of charge when sharing with their parents.
- Children under 6 years old: Pay 25% of the adult rate when sharing a room with their parents and using an extra bed.
- Children under 12 years old: Pay 50% of the adult rate when sharing a room with their parents and using an extra bed.
- Children 12 years and older: Considered adults, paying full rates.
- This policy applies to one child sharing a room with their parents, with a maximum of one child allowed per room.

Best Kenya Safari Tour Payment Policy:

To ensure you secure the Best Kenya Safari Tour at the desired time, we recommend making a reservation early. To confirm your booking, a deposit of 25% is required. During peak seasons like Christmas and New Year, the deposit increases to 50%. This deposit will go toward your final payment, which is due one week before arrival or in cash upon arrival.

Installment Policy:

We offer a convenient installment payment option, allowing you to spread the cost of your Best Kenya Safari Tour over 6, 9, or 12 months. You can pay the remaining balance upon arrival in Kenya using cash or a credit/debit card. Alternatively, you can choose to pay the full amount in monthly installments before your trip begins.

Tipping:

Tipping is a common way of showing appreciation for exceptional service, although it is not mandatory. It is often seen as a gesture to acknowledge the dedication and effort of service providers. However, it's important to note that tipping should not replace an employer's obligation to provide fair compensation.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of canceling your Best Kenya Safari Tour, the following charges apply:
- 61+ days before arrival: 10% of the total price.
- 31-60 days before arrival: 20% of the total price.
- 15-30 days before arrival: 50% of the total price.
- 1-14 days before arrival: 100% of the total price.

Please note that cancellation fees also apply to all domestic flights within Kenya.
