Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi – Welcome to Kenya

when arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, your English-speaking driver-guide will pick you up and take you to Tamarind Tree Hotel, a stylish 4-star hotel located in the Carnivore grounds in Nairobi. when arrival, you shall have time to unwind from travel and utilize facilities of the hotel, including a swimming pool, gym, and pleasant garden areas.

Later on, you will have a brief meeting with our on-site representative for an orientation of what lies ahead in the adventure. You can unwind or soak in the vibrant city of Nairobi at your leisure. You will love this visit on your African tour.


Day 2: Nairobi – Giraffe Center & Elephant Orphanage Experience

After breakfast, you'll go on a day-long adventure in Nairobi's renowned wildlife protection institutions. The day will kick off with visits to the Giraffe Center to study the plight of the threatened Rothschild's giraffes and possibly have the chance to feed them by hand.

Then visit the Daphne Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage, where orphaned infant elephants are taken in and cared for before being released back into the wild. Watch as they are fed and play with their caretakers and discover the conservation efforts that enable Kenya's wildlife to flourish.


Enjoy a peaceful lunch at Karen Blixen Coffee Garden, a serene restaurant with gardens surrounding it, and taste the authentic flavor of Kenyan food. After lunch, go to the Karen Blixen Museum, the residence of the famous Danish writer of Out of Africa.


In the evening, relish a traditional Nyama Choma welcome dinner at Safari Park Hotel, where you will feast on roasted meats as you watch live performances by the Safari Cats dancers.

After dinner, you will be driven back to the Tamarind Tree Hotel for a well-deserved rest.

Day 3: Nairobi – Maasai Mara Game Reserve & First Game Drive

Depart after an early breakfast to Maasai Mara Game Reserve, the best game reserve in Africa. Drive through the Great Rift Valley, with its stunning scenery of the varied Kenyan landscape. Take photo stops at viewpoints along the route.

Arrive at Enkorok Mara Camp, your wild home, in time for lunch.
This stunning tented camp offers a luxurious safari experience, blending the elegance of nature with modern comforts.

Afternoon: Experience your first thrilling game drive in Maasai Mara. If fortune favors you, you get a glimpse of the Big Five (lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and rhino) along with a host of other animals grazing in the grasslands. Under the star-studded African sky, dinner is served at the lodge.

Day 4: Full-Day Safari in Maasai Mara & Maasai Village Visit

Wake up early for an early morning game drive, one of the best times to view wildlife as predators are hunting and the plains come to life. Head back to camp for breakfast and then have the rest of the morning to yourself.

In the afternoon, you will visit a Maasai village, where you will learn the unique culture and traditions of the Maasai. Observe their famous jumping dance, pass through their traditional houses, and hear about their way of life.

Then, embark on another afternoon game drive in search of wildlife along the Mara River, famous for the Great Migration. Have dinner back at the camp, and indulge in an optional sundowner experience across the savannah.

Day 5: Maasai Mara – Flight to Mombasa – Diani Beach Resort

Spend the remainder of the day lounging on the beautiful white-sand beach, basking in the gentle warm Indian Ocean breeze, or enjoying the resort's top-class facilities.

Day 6: Diani Beach – Leisure & Water Activities

Resort activities and amenities include a fitness center, beauty salon and spa services, a heated swimming pool, a children's pool, a children's club, golf nearby, tennis/squash courts, beach volleyball, beach and nature walks, coconut harvesting, water aerobics, archery, windsurfing, snorkeling, and deep-sea fishing, among others. Day 8: Scenic Train Ride to Nairobi – Departure

Our tour prices are quoted in US dollars per person per trip, but you can also choose to pay in Euro or GBP. Please be aware that prices may fluctuate during Christmas, New Year, and Easter. We are committed to providing the lowest possible prices, and we keep our rates up-to-date. Once your Kenya Travel Package is confirmed, we guarantee that no changes will be made to your rate from our side.

Tips for Departure:

On the final day of your Kenya Travel Package, it is advisable to avoid booking any outgoing international flights before 3:00 pm. You may also consider extending your stay in Kenya. Our Tour Leader is happy to assist you with arranging additional accommodation and transfers if required.

Children Policy:

- Infants (up to 2 years old): Free of charge when sharing with their parents.
- Children under 6 years old: Pay 25% of the adult rate when sharing a room with their parents and using an extra bed.
- Children under 12 years old: Pay 50% of the adult rate when sharing a room with their parents and using an extra bed.
- Children 12 years and older: Considered adults, paying full rates.
- This policy applies to one child sharing a room with their parents, with a maximum of one child allowed per room.

Kenya Travel Package Payment Policy:

To ensure you secure the Kenya Travel Package at the desired time, we recommend making a reservation early. To confirm your booking, a deposit of 25% is required. During peak seasons like Christmas and New Year, the deposit increases to 50%. This deposit will go toward your final payment, which is due one week before arrival or in cash upon arrival.

Installment Policy:

We offer a convenient installment payment option, allowing you to spread the cost of your Kenya Travel Package over 6, 9, or 12 months. You can pay the remaining balance upon arrival in Kenya using cash or a credit/debit card. Alternatively, you can choose to pay the full amount in monthly installments before your trip begins.

Tipping:

Tipping is a common way of showing appreciation for exceptional service, although it is not mandatory. It is often seen as a gesture to acknowledge the dedication and effort of service providers. However, it's important to note that tipping should not replace an employer's obligation to provide fair compensation.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of canceling your Kenya Travel Package, the following charges apply:
- 61+ days before arrival: 10% of the total price.
- 31-60 days before arrival: 20% of the total price.
- 15-30 days before arrival: 50% of the total price.
- 1-14 days before arrival: 100% of the total price.

Please note that cancellation fees also apply to all domestic flights within Kenya.
