You will be met at Kigali International Airport by an Around Egypt Tours representative and taken to your hotel in Kigali. Spend some time relaxing after your flight and getting ready for the experience that awaits you. Take a stroll around the city on your own or indulge in the hospitality of your hotel. Kigali is a vibrant city full of history and culture, a great way to start your Rwanda travel package , Rwanda being one of the top destinations in Africa.
After a delicious breakfast, start your Rwanda tour with a comprehensive Kigali City Tour. Visit key cultural sites such as the Kigali Genocide Memorial, where you’ll learn about Rwanda's history, its journey of healing, and resilience. Then head to the Kigali Craft Center to explore traditional Rwandan crafts. And then a scenic drive from Kigali to Ruhengeri, a town near the base of the volcanoes. The mountains will be in all their sweeping-scene loveliness as you drive to Volcanoes National Park entrance.
Following breakfast, go on a Golden Monkey Trekking experience in Volcanoes National Park. The park hosts both the mountain gorillas and golden monkeys, which are an endangered species. On the final day of your Rwanda vacation, it is advisable to avoid booking any outgoing international flights before 3:00 pm. You may also consider extending your stay. Our tour leader is happy to assist you with arranging additional accommodation and transfers if required.
- Infants (up to 2 years old): Free of charge when sharing with their parents.
- Children under 6 years old: Pay 25% of the adult rate when sharing a room with their parents and using an extra bed.
- Children under 12 years old: Pay 50% of the adult rate when sharing a room with their parents and using an extra bed.
- Children 12 years and older: Considered adults, paying full rates.
- This policy applies to one child sharing a room with their parents, with a maximum of one child allowed per room.
To ensure you secure the Rwanda Vacation at the desired time, we recommend making a reservation early. To confirm your booking, a deposit of 25% is required. During peak seasons like Christmas and New Year, the deposit increases to 50%. This deposit will go toward your final payment, which is due one week before arrival or in cash upon arrival.
We offer a convenient installment payment option, allowing you to spread the cost of your Rwanda Vacation over 6, 9, or 12 months. You can pay the remaining balance upon arrival in Kenya using cash or a credit/debit card. Alternatively, you can choose to pay the full amount in monthly installments before your trip begins.
Tipping is a common way of showing appreciation for exceptional service, although it is not mandatory. It is often seen as a gesture to acknowledge the dedication and effort of service providers. However, it's important to note that tipping should not replace an employer's obligation to provide fair compensation.
In the event of canceling your Rwanda Vacation, the following charges apply:

- 31-60 days before arrival: 20% of the total price.
- 15-30 days before arrival: 50% of the total price.
- 1-14 days before arrival: 100% of the total price.
