Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival in Arusha – Welcome to Tanzania

Welcome to Tanzania; it's one of the best places to visit in Africa. Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be met by our representative, who will facilitate your transfer to your Arusha hotel. Rest after the flight, use the facilities in the hotel, and get ready for the journey that lies ahead.


Day 2: Lake Manyara National Park – Safari Begins

Leave for Lake Manyara National Park after breakfast, famous for its beauty and animals. The park is quite popular for possessing tree-climbing lions, an amazing creature among wild animals. During the game drive, witness elephants, giraffes, zebras, hippos, gazelles, and more than 400 birds.
The scenery in the park varies from jungle and swamp to open savanna, thus making it a perfect place for game viewing.

After a day of adventure, relax and dine in the evenings at a tented camp under the stunning African starry night sky.

Day 3: Serengeti National Park – Wildlife Expedition

After breakfast, proceed to Serengeti National Park, one of the greatest wildlife migrations in the world. Along the way, enjoy an en-route game drive where you have a chance to witness wildlife in their natural habitats.

Upon arrival, go for an afternoon game drive, where you can witness stunning lions, speedy cheetahs, clever leopards, and big herds of wildebeest, zebras, and buffaloes.
The wide plains of Serengeti offer a scenic African safari experience.

Day 4: Full-Day Safari in Serengeti National Park

Wake up early to go on a full-day safari in Serengeti with the best chances of seeing predators at work when they are hunting. The Serengeti, consisting of broad open plains, rivers, and rock outcrops, has an unmatched density of wildlife.

For maximum experience, carry a picnic lunch and spend a full day exploring different sections of the park, such as woodlands that are filled with predators and great migration corridors.

Day 5: Serengeti to Karatu – Cultural & Archaeological Exploration

After breakfast, say goodbye to the Serengeti and head to Karatu, a town on the outskirts of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. On the way, stop at Olduvai Gorge, a famous archaeological site where Louis and Mary Leakey discovered some of the world's earliest human fossils.

Arrive at Karatu and enter a safari lodge, where you can unwind and enjoy a quiet night.

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater – The Wildlife Wonderland

Descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater, a closed ecosystem that can support a high animal density. Renowned as Africa's Garden of Eden, the crater is home to lions, elephants, buffaloes, cheetahs, and black rhino.

On the game drive, see diverse ecosystems ranging from monkey-filled forests to alkaline lakes where flamingos appear in their thousands.

In the evening, back to Karatu for dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Karatu to Arusha – Cultural Exploration

Day 8: Departure – Fly Back Home

Spend your final morning in Tanzania with breakfast at the hotel and then get dropped off at the Kilimanjaro International Airport for your flight back home. Our tour prices are quoted in US dollars per person per trip, but you can also choose to pay in Euro or GBP. Please be aware that prices may fluctuate during Christmas, New Year, and Easter. We are committed to providing the lowest possible prices, and we keep our rates up-to-date. Once your Tanzania Safari Trip is confirmed, we guarantee that no changes will be made to your rate from our side.

Tips for Departure:

On the final day of your Tanzania Safari Trip, it is advisable to avoid booking any outgoing international flights before 3:00 pm. You may also consider extending your stay inTanzania. Our Tour Leader is happy to assist you with arranging additional accommodation and transfers if required.

Children Policy:

- Infants (up to 2 years old): Free of charge when sharing with their parents.
- Children under 6 years old: Pay 25% of the adult rate when sharing a room with their parents and using an extra bed.
- Children under 12 years old: Pay 50% of the adult rate when sharing a room with their parents and using an extra bed.
- Children 12 years and older: Considered adults, paying full rates.
- This policy applies to one child sharing a room with their parents, with a maximum of one child allowed per room.

Tanzania Safari Trip Payment Policy:

To ensure you secure the Tanzania Safari Trip at the desired time, we recommend making a reservation early. To confirm your booking, a deposit of 25% is required. During peak seasons like Christmas and New Year, the deposit increases to 50%. This deposit will go toward your final payment, which is due one week before arrival or in cash upon arrival.

Installment Policy:

We offer a convenient installment payment option, allowing you to spread the cost of your Tanzania Safari Trip over 6, 9, or 12 months. You can pay the remaining balance upon arrival in Tanzania using cash or a credit/debit card. Alternatively, you can choose to pay the full amount in monthly installments before your trip begins.

Tipping:

Tipping is a common way of showing appreciation for exceptional service, although it is not mandatory. It is often seen as a gesture to acknowledge the dedication and effort of service providers. However, it's important to note that tipping should not replace an employer's obligation to provide fair compensation.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of canceling your Tanzania Safari Trip, the following charges apply:
- 61+ days before arrival: 10% of the total price.
- 31-60 days before arrival: 20% of the total price.
- 15-30 days before arrival: 50% of the total price.
- 1-14 days before arrival: 100% of the total price.

Please note that cancellation fees also apply to all domestic flights within Tanzania.
