You will leave after breakfast and set out on a 5-hour scenic drive to Ngorongoro Crater. Upon arrival, descend and go for an exhilarating game drive with a picnic lunch. Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the natural wonders of the world, stands as a true sanctuary to an incredible array of wildlife—rare black rhino included—truly completing the Big 5: Lion, Elephant, Zebra, hippo, ad infinitum. Get on another game overlooking the horizon and head back to your camp for dinner and overnight.
In the morning, enjoy your breakfast and proceed to Serengeti National Park with a stopover at Olduvai Gorge, an archaeological site featuring the discovery of early human fossils. The Serengeti is one of the most famous wildlife areas ever, home to millions of animals and the awesome Great Migration. After lunch at your lodge, you will be joined on an afternoon game drive to see the ever-important abundance of wildlife, including the wonderful big cats. Get back to the lodge for an evening meal and have a series of events to spend over the night.
Get ready to enjoy spotting the Big Five (elephant, rhinoceros, buffalo, lion, and leopard) and all the other fascinating wildlife species today in Serengeti National Park. In the morning be on your Maasai before setting out on a great morning game drive and exploring the wildlife in the park that might be famous: zebras, wildebeest, lions, leopards, and cheetahs. Please note that the time of the year may determine the beholding of incredible animal migrations. The park holds its share of other species too, such as crocodiles, hippos, and various types of antelope, among others. Dinner and overnight at your camp following a full day of exciting safari.
After breakfast, enjoy an en-route game drive to Seronera airstrip in Serengeti for your flight back to Arusha. Your flight departs at 11:00 am, arriving in Arusha at 12:15 pm. From there, you will be transferred to your hotel or Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward flight.

On the final day of your Tanzania Serengeti Tour, it is advisable to avoid booking any outgoing international flights before 3:00 pm. You may also consider extending your stay in Tanzania. Our Tour Leader is happy to assist you with arranging additional accommodation and transfers if required.
- Infants (up to 2 years old): Free of charge when sharing with their parents.
- Children under 6 years old: Pay 25% of the adult rate when sharing a room with their parents and using an extra bed.
- Children under 12 years old: Pay 50% of the adult rate when sharing a room with their parents and using an extra bed.
- Children 12 years and older: Considered adults, paying full rates.
- This policy applies to one child sharing a room with their parents, with a maximum of one child allowed per room.
To ensure you secure the Tanzania Serengeti Tour at the desired time, we recommend making a reservation early. To confirm your booking, a deposit of 25% is required. During peak seasons like Christmas and New Year, the deposit increases to 50%. This deposit will go toward your final payment, which is due one week before arrival or in cash upon arrival.
We offer a convenient installment payment option, allowing you to spread the cost of your Tanzania Serengeti Tour over 6, 9, or 12 months. You can pay the remaining balance upon arrival in Tanzania using cash or a credit/debit card. Alternatively, you can choose to pay the full amount in monthly installments before your trip begins.
Tipping is a common way of showing appreciation for exceptional service, although it is not mandatory. It is often seen as a gesture to acknowledge the dedication and effort of service providers. However, it's important to note that tipping should not replace an employer's obligation to provide fair compensation.
In the event of canceling your Tanzania Serengeti Tour, the following charges apply:
- 61+ days before arrival: 10% of the total price.
- 31-60 days before arrival: 20% of the total price.
- 15-30 days before arrival: 50% of the total price.
- 1-14 days before arrival: 100% of the total price.
