Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival in Tangier

Upon arrival in Tangier, you will meet with your driver from Around Egypt Tours for the land tour. You may then embellish your land tour with views of Tangier. Having witnessed these views, you will have another transfer to your hotel for check-in. You can now relax and savor the ambiance of this wonderful town.




Day 2: Exploring Tangier

Breakfast will be served, after which you will proceed on a guided excursion in Tangier. This city, known as the City of Strangers, has been greatly influenced by different civilizations like the Phoenicians, Romans, Arabs, and Europeans. Day 3: Tangier – Tetouan – Chefchaouen

Starting the journey towards Chefchaouen with a stop in Tetouan after an enjoyable breakfast at your hotel-there is said to be Morocco's most Andalusian city. You will be enthralled by the city's unique architectural composition that incorporates influences from Andalusia, Spanish colonialism, and post-independence styles. wander through its charming streets, explore the old Medina, and view exquisite whitewashed buildings with tile work and balconies. Then, onward to Chefchaouen, a place chanting colors blue and white, radiating tranquility and picturesque scenery.

Once you arrive at Chefchaouen, you will wish to visit the Outa-el-Hammam square; enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and shop, or perhaps have an exotic Moroccan tea at a local cafe. Tarik-Ben-Ziad Mosque is next on the agenda: a jewel in the crown of Moroccan architecture. Everyone will have some free time to search for the charm of the city before meeting up for dinner at a restaurant.

Day 4: Chefchaouen – Meknes – Fes

After breakfast, we shall depart for Fez, with stops at two worthy attractions en route. First, we make a stop at Meknes, one of the four imperial cities of Morocco. Here, one will enjoy the splendor of the city beginning with the Bab Mansour, an architectural wonder adorned with intricate tilework. The other landmarks of the city to visit include the royal palaces, the vast city walls, and other sites commemorating the imperial glory of Meknes.

Then, carrying on, we visit the ancient Roman ruins at Volubilis, a World Heritage site. For all of you there to marvel at architecture and history, these ruins are relatively well-preserved. Fill in a little oral tradition about the Roman settlers in Morocco that temple, basilica, and mosaic that induce awe.

After finishing around Volubilis, we shall proceed to Fes for your hotel check-in and relaxation. Fes is known for the lasting historical and cultural impression it has left; your stay for the next few days will be here!

Day 5: Full Day in Fes

After breakfast, begin a full-day exploration of Fez, one of the most historically significant cities in Morocco. Your journey begins with Bab Boujloud gate, the grand entrance to Fes' old medina, where you are introduced to the lively atmosphere of the city. From here, you will walk to Bou Inania Medersa, a beautiful medersa that stands as the most singular example of Islamic architecture with very colorful tilework and woodwork.

We will continue walking amongst the maze-like streets of the medina through local markets and craft stalls, ending up at the Moulay Idriss Shrine, an important religious site dedicated to the founder of the city and one of Morocco’s holiest figures.


Then, in the tanners' quarter, observe the leather tanning traditionally undertaken for generations. The tannery smell strikes you very hard, and you will appreciate learning several aspects of Fes' ancient craftsmanship.

In the afternoon, you will be taken to explore two other beautiful madrasas, El-Attarine and Bou Inania, which are equally renowned for their breathtaking architectural details, including beautiful tiled courtyards and delicate carving work, as well as serene atmosphere.

After a full day of intriguing history and culture, you will enjoy some leisure time while either relaxing or exploring at your own pace.

After reaching, the initial visit is given to the Kasbah of the Udayas, a stareful fortification overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Strolling down the narrow streets and gardens of this Kasbah will promise splendid views along the coastline.

The next adventure is to the Chellah Necropolis, lined with remains of Roman times and a glimpse of Berber and Islamic architectures. The forcefulness of nature and the ruins of a civilization long passed away will enable you to gaze upon the varied history of the country.

Further touring includes a visit to Hassan Tower-an emblem of Rabat's glory. The tower, an arrangement of an incomplete mosque, bestowed magnificent views above the landscape. In close vicinity lies the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, a splendid monument marking the tombs of the late king and his two sons. The third angle to Robertatory is an architectural triumph with intricate tile work and craftsmanship.
