Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival in Cairo

Egypt with its glorious history of pharaohs awaits your exploration! Upon arrival at the Cairo International Airport, the tour manager meets the guests, assisting in procuring the entry visa so that one passes through the hectic airport smoothly. After getting through the entry permit and airport formalities, you shall be driven in the comfort of air conditioning to your hotel. So, rest now, freshen up, and imbibe energy for an exhilarating ride.


Day 2: Pyramids and Cairo Sightseeing

After enjoying that hearty breakfast at your hotel, it will be time for your first full day of active touring. Your private guide will drive you to the Giza Plateau to set your eyes on the iconic, towering Great Pyramids, one of the Seven Wonders of the World, and take in the enigmatic view of the Sphinx. After this unforgettable morning, enjoy a lovely lunch at a local Egyptian restaurant. Then, go back in history by visiting the Egyptian Museum, which has thousands of ancient artifacts and treasures from the tomb of King Tutankhamun. An optional visit to the bustling Khan El Khalili bazaar, famed for its bright textiles, would be delightful if time permits. Return to your lodge for a relaxing rest after being busy throughout the day.

Day 3: Fly to Luxor - East Bank Sightseeing

Today marks the beginning of your journey from Cairo to the historic city of Luxor. Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, your tour manager will greet and assist you on your flight to Luxor. From here, you will board your luxury cruise along the Nile; your stay promises exceptional service and meals. After having lunch on board, your sightseeing will begin with visits to Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple: two very important ancient Egyptian sites that are rich in history and architecture. Dinner will be served after a full day of enjoyment back on board the cruise.

Day 4: West Bank Sightseeing

A good breakfast and serene views of the Nile greet us. Today the West Bank of Luxor awaits you to explore the Valley of the Kings, an eponymous site with numerous pharaohs buried therein, including the famous Tutankhamun. Proceed to visit the Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, a fine exemplar of ancient architecture dedicated to one of Egypt’s most powerful female pharaohs. Make sure to stop briefly by the Colossi of Memnon towering above you on your way back. After spending such an enriching morning in scenic locations, sail away to Edfu while having lunch on board, followed by leisure time to enjoy the amenities on the cruise.

Day 5: Edfu and Kom Ombo

After breakfast, the Edfu Temple stands in your way. The saints have dedicated it to the falcon god Horus. Meander along the tranquil streets on a horse-drawn carriage going up to the temple. This offers an opportunity to blend in with local life up close. After visiting Edfu, the time has come for the cruise to proceed towards Kom Ombo Temple, where the wonders of the double temple await your discovery, dedicated to Sobek and Horus. It has two perfectly equal entrances and is a symphony of ancient engineering. Having explored the temple, one has lunch en route to Aswan, where he experiences a lovely evening aboard the colorfully lit Nile.

Day 6: Aswan Sightseeing

Arrive and start the day with breakfast aboard the cruise. First comes a visit to the mighty High Dam, which impounds the eddying flow of the Nile and produces electricity. Then comes the Unfinished Obelisk, a wonder of ancient Egyptian engineering. The next stop would be the beautiful Philae temple to the goddess Isis set against the beautiful backdrop of the Nile. Dinner on the cruise will be a carefree affair after a day packed with exploration, accompanied by the tranquil waters of Aswan.

Day 7: Fly to Cairo

Departing after breakfast and disembarking from the river cruise, the return transfer to Aswan Airport to fly back to Cairo follows. On arrival in Cairo, check in at your hotel for some good rest. The entire day will be at your disposal for general leisure or further exploration; optional tours to the majestic Abu Simbel Temples can be offered for an extra dose of adventure.

Day 8: Arrive Jeddah from Cairo

Cairo Airport Transfer to Jeddah Airport. Upon arrival in Jeddah, you will be warmly welcomed and transferred to a hotel for three nights of relaxation and preparation for your forthcoming adventures.

Day 9: Jeddah

The Tayebat Museum will be entered post-breakfast, showcasing splendor in its displays. Sunset over art and culture: an enriching experience awaits at Jeddah Open Air Museum. Observe the Floating Mosque, floating gently on the placid waves of the Red Sea Ocean. Then, visit the King Fahd Fountain, the tallest in the world, and walk through the complex lanes of Al-Balad, a quaint old town of strange architecture, for sightseeing. Return back home for an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 10: Jeddah/Madinah/Jeddah

Now, we must board the high-speed train to Madinah. On arrival, a private guide will escort you around the International Fair, Museum of the Prophet's Biography, and Qibla Mosque. You will have lunch at a hotel with great views of the Prophet Mohammed Mosque before making the return back through the train journey to Jeddah.

Day 11: Free Day in Jeddah

After a sumptuous meal, you check out of your stipulated hotel and go to the airport, where you depart for home, thus concluding this memorable journey. Our tour prices are quoted in US dollars per person per trip, but you can also choose to pay in Euro or GBP. Please be aware that prices may fluctuate during Christmas, New Year, seasonal events and Easter. We are committed to providing the lowest possible prices, and we keep our rates up-to-date. Once your  Egypt and Saudi Arabia Tour is confirmed, we guarantee that no changes will be made to your rate from our side.

Tips for Departure:

On the final day of your Egypt and Saudi Arabia Tour, it is advisable to avoid booking any outgoing international flights before 3:00 pm. You may also consider extending your stay in Riyadh. Our Tour Leader is happy to assist you with arranging additional accommodation and transfers if required.

Children Policy:

- Infants (up to 2 years old): Free of charge when sharing with their parents.
- Children under 6 years old: Pay 25% of the adult rate when sharing a room with their parents and using an extra bed.
- Children under 12 years old: Pay 50% of the adult rate when sharing a room with their parents and using an extra bed.
- Children 12 years and older: Considered adults, paying full rates.
- This policy applies to one child sharing a room with their parents, with a maximum of one child allowed per room.

Egypt and Saudi Arabia Tour Payment Policy:

To ensure you secure the Egypt and Saudi Arabia Tour at the desired time, we recommend making a reservation early. To confirm your booking, a deposit of 25% is required. During peak seasons like Christmas and New Year, the deposit increases to 50%. This deposit will go toward your final payment, which is due one week before arrival or in cash upon arrival.

Installment Policy:

We offer a convenient installment payment option, allowing you to spread the cost of your Egypt and Saudi Arabia Tour over 6, 9, or 12 months. You can pay the remaining balance upon arrival in Sauda Arabia using cash or a credit/debit card. Alternatively, you can choose to pay the full amount in monthly installments before your trip begins.

Tipping:

Tipping is a common way of showing appreciation for exceptional service, although it is not mandatory. It is often seen as a gesture to acknowledge the dedication and effort of service providers. However, it's important to note that tipping should not replace an employer's obligation to provide fair compensation.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of canceling your Egypt and Saudi Arabia Tour, the following charges apply:
- 61+ days before arrival: 10% of the total price.
- 31-60 days before arrival: 20% of the total price.
- 15-30 days before arrival: 50% of the total price.
- 1-14 days before arrival: 100% of the total price.

Please note that cancellation fees also apply to all domestic flights within Saudi Arabia.
