Itinerary:

Day 1: Travel to Egypt From USA Arrival In Egypt

Arriving at Cairo International Airport, one of our friendly tour guide from Around Egypt Tours will be there to meet and assist you. You will then be transferred to your hotel in a private, air-conditioned deluxe vehicle. Day 2: Tour to the Pyramids

Day 5: Fly to Luxor - Nile River Cruise

After breakfast, check out from your hotel in Cairo and head to Cairo Airport for your flight to Luxor. Upon arrival, you will be met by our representative and escorted to your Nile River cruise. After lunch on board, your private tour guide will be taking you to the East Bank of Luxor. Your first stop will be at the magnificent Karnak Temple, the largest ancient religious site in the world. Day 6: Luxor West Bank

After having breakfast you will travel with your tour guide to western Luxor to venture into the royal cemetery for 64 Pharaohs in the Valley of the Kings. Here lies the original resting place of the world-famous boy King Tutankhamun; then you will proceed to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at El Deir El Bahari, the only female Pharaoh, which dates back to the 15th century BC, and the two towering statues of Memnon. Be advised, however, that the three tombs visited are determined by the Egyptian Government for preservation from the large flow of visitors, and will be rotated throughout the year; therefore, it would be impossible to ensure which tombs will be visited prior to your arrival. Lunch and board for the sail to Edfu and dinner on the cruise, then overnight in Edfu.

Day 7: Edfu and Kom Ombo Temples

Day 9: Private Tour to Abu Simbel Temple/ Fly to Cairo

After breakfast, checkout from the Nile River cruise and then travel by private air-conditioned vehicle to Abu Simbel, which takes about 3 hours. Known for their very distinctive style, the two temples of Abu Simbel have been thought of as masterpieces of ancient Egypt, reflecting the grandeur of the New Kingdom. To save these temples from flooding, the Egyptian government and UNESCO jointly collaborated in moving them. The Temple of Ramesses II was dedicated to four universal gods: Ptah, Re-Her-Akhtey, Amun-Re, and Ramesses II. The temple of Abu Simbel is also called the Sun Temple of Ramesses II. The temple of the queen Nefertari is called the Temple of Hathor, as she was the wife of the Sun God, thus reflecting the union of Ramesses II and the wife Nefertari with the Sun God and Hathor. All of our Travel to Egypt from US programs are priced in US dollars per person per trip, except during Christmas, New Year, and Easter. However, you may also pay in Euro or GBP. We continuously update our prices to provide you with the lowest possible rate. Once your Egypt travel from the USA is confirmed, we cannot guarantee any changes in rates from our end.


• Domestic Flights for Travel to Egypt from US:
Our Egypt travel from USA packages include two domestic flights. We typically use Egypt Air or Nile Air for this service. The baggage allowance for these flights is one checked-in bag, with a maximum weight of 23kg, and one piece of hand luggage, with a maximum weight of 7kg.


• Children Policy for Travel to Egypt from US:
Children aged 0-01.99 can join our tours for free. For children aged 2-5.99, we charge 25% of the tour price, and for those aged 6-11.99, we charge 50% of the tour price. Children aged 12 and above must pay the full tour price as per adult rates. If your Travel to Egypt from US package includes airfare, extra charges for your children may apply.


• Payment Policy for Travel to Egypt from US:
To confirm your desired Travel to Egypt from US package, we recommend making reservations as early as possible. We will secure your space upon receiving a deposit of 25% of the required payment. During the peak season (X-Mas, New Year), the required deposit will be 50% of the required payment. This deposit forms part of your final payment. You must pay the remaining balance up to a week before your arrival date, or you can pay in cash upon arrival.


• Installments Policy for Travel to Egypt from US:
At Around Egypt Tours, we offer a new payment plan that allows you to pay for your booked Travel to Egypt from US package in monthly installments. You can pay in monthly installments for six months, nine months, or 12 months leading up to your arrival. You can pay the remaining payment upon your arrival in Egypt from the USA in cash or by credit/debit card, or you can pay the full cost in monthly installments before your arrival in Egypt.


• Additional Entry Tickets for Travel to Egypt from US:
Please note that all our Travel to Egypt from US packages do not include entrance fees to specific archaeological sites, such as entering one of the Pyramids inside, visiting the Mummies Room at the Egyptian Museum in Cairo, visiting the Solar Boat Museum at the Pyramids area, or entering the Tomb of Tutankhamen at Valley of the Kings in Luxor.


• Tipping for Travel to Egypt from US
Tipping is a customary way of expressing satisfaction with good services rendered by staff on duty. While tipping is not mandatory, we recommend it as a way to show appreciation for excellent service.


• Cancellation Policy for Travel to Egypt from US
In case of cancellation, the following scale of charges will apply to your Travel to Egypt from US package:
•    From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 10% of the entire tour price will be charged.
•    Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 20% of the entire tour price will be charged.
•    Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
•    Between 14 and 1 days before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged. Additionally, there are cancellation fees for all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel your tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.

• Emergency Cancellation Policy

Around Egypt Tours offers a highly flexible cancelation policy, in case your government or the airline declared a travel warning
for War, riot, civil strife, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, flood, conditions, epidemics, infections, or outbreaks of COVID-19. If that happened, we would be refunding you the amount paid for the booked tour, or in some cases, your payment will be a credit for future travel. You have the flexibility to apply this amount towards new travel services booked within 12 months.
According to the airline's terms and conditions, only flights’ cancellation/changing fees are charged, and bank surcharges fees are applied on the deposit amount paid.
