Daay 1: Travel to Egypt From US/ Arrival In Egypt

Welcome to Cairo, Egypt
Around Egypt Tours representative will meet and assist you at Cairo International Airport, and then he will accompany you to the hotel by a private air-conditioned deluxe vehicle. At the hotel, the representative will assist you to check-in and review your Egypt vacation to confirm pick-up times for each tour. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 2: Tour to the Pyramids

Breakfast at the hotel. Then, you will start your tours to Egypt with your private guide by visiting one of the best Egypt landmarks, the Step Pyramid at Saqqara, which was designed by the architect Imhotep for his master King Zoser. Day 4: Tour to Alexandria

Then you will move to visit the Catacombs, which are the largest Roman Cemetery consisting of three levels cut into the rock. Day 5: Fly to Luxor - Nile River Cruise

After lunch on board, you will be guided for a wonderful exploration of the East Bank of the Nile in Luxor to Karnak Temple, the world's largest ancient religious site. Two statues of Horus flank the twin-towered entrance gate. Then, you sail to Kom Ombo to explore the unique Temple of Sobek while having your lunch on board the cruise. After breakfast, check out from the cruise, then transfer by a private air-conditioned vehicle to Abu Simbel, about 03 hours driving. The two Temples of Abu Simbel, with their unique style, are considered to be the masterpieces of ancient Egypt. They reflect the glory and grandeur of the new Kingdom. The Egyptian government and UNESCO decided to co-operate to save these temples from the flood. •    Payment Policy

Reservations should be made as early as possible to confirm the desired Travel to Egypt from US. Spaces will be secured as well as Your request will be confirmed upon receiving a deposit of 25 % of the required payment.
During the peak season (X-Mas, New Year), the required deposit will 50%of the required payment. This deposit forms part of your final payment. The remaining balance should be paid up to a week before your arrival date or cash upon arrival.


•  Installments policy

Around Egypt Tours offers you a new payment plan that allows you to pay your booked Travel to Egypt from US in monthly installments. You will pay in monthly installments of 6 months, nine months, or 12 months leading up to your arrival. You will pay the Rest of payment upon your arrival to Egypt from USA in cash or by credit/debit cards, or you can pay the full cost in monthly installments before your Arrival to Egypt.
    
•    Additional Entry Tickets

All our Travel to Egypt from US programs don't include the entrance fees to the specific archaeological sites such as :
 Entering one of the Pyramids inside
• Visit the Mummies Room at the Egyptian Museum in Cairo
• Visit the Solar Boat Museum at the Pyramids area
 Enter the Tomb of Tutankhamen at Valley of the Kings in Luxor.

•    Tipping

It is a customary attitude for expressing one’s satisfaction with good services rendered to him by staff on duty with him. We advise If you are willing to offer it, this will be great, and if not, you are not obliged to do it.

•  Cancellation Policy

 In case you cancel your Travel to Egypt from US, the following scale of charges will be applied:
From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 10% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 20% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 14 and 1 days before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject
to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.

• Emergency Cancellation Policy

Around Egypt Tours offers a highly flexible cancelation policy, in case your government or the airline declared a travel warning
for War, riot, civil strife, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, flood, conditions, epidemics, infections, or outbreaks of COVID-19. If that happened, we would be refunding you the amount paid for the booked tour, or in some cases, your payment will be a credit for future travel. You have the flexibility to apply this amount towards new travel services booked within 12 months.
According to the airline's terms and conditions, only flights’ cancellation/changing fees are charged, and bank surcharges fees are applied on the deposit amount paid.
