Transfer back to the hotel and overnight in Cairo.
After breakfast, you will check out from your hotel in Cairo and head to Cairo Airport for an onward flight to Aswan. Upon landing at Aswan Airport, an Around Egypt Tours representative will be there to meet you and transfer you to meet your private tour guide, who will take you on your day tour of Aswan. Return to your Nile cruise to sail to Edfu with lunch on board; upon arriving in Edfu, you will visit the Horus Temple via horse and carriage with our guide. Then, you will visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut (the only female Pharaoh) at El Deir el-Bahari, built in the 15th century B.C., and two stately statues of Memnon. (The three tombs visited are decided by the Egyptian government in order to keep them safe from the large flow of visitors, so they are rotated throughout the year and it cannot be confirmed which tombs before your visit.). After the tours, you will return to your Nile cruise to spend the night.
Breakfast will be served on board the cruise before disembarkation. The tour will continue, guiding you into a marvelous exploration of the East Bank of the Nile in Luxor, taking you to Karnak Temples, the biggest ancient religious site in the world.
