Two domestic flights are included in our Egypt Tour package. We usually use Egypt Air or Nile Air for this service. Baggage allowance is as follows: Checked-in - 1 Bag, max 23kg, and Hand luggage - 1 bag, max 7kg.
On your last day, we recommend not booking any outgoing international flight until after 3.00 pm, or consider spending an extra night in Cairo. Our Tour Manager can assist with additional services like accommodation and transfers.
We offer a child-friendly tour. Children from 0 - 01.99 are Free of Charge, 2 - 5.99 pay 25% of the trip price, 6 - 11.99 pay 50% of the trip price, and 12+ pay the full trip price as per adult person. If your Egypt tour includes airfare, extra charges for your children may be applied.
Reservations should be made as early as possible to confirm the desired Egypt tour. Spaces will be secured as well as your request will be confirmed upon receiving a deposit of 25 % of the required payment. During the peak season (X-Mas, New Year), the required deposit will be 50% of the required payment. This deposit forms part of your final payment. The remaining balance should be paid up to a week before your arrival date or cash upon arrival.
We offer a convenient payment plan that allows you to pay your booked round trip cruise in monthly installments. You will pay in monthly installments of 6 months, nine months, or 12 months leading up to your arrival. You will pay the rest of payment upon your arrival to Egypt in cash or by credit/debit cards, or you can pay the full cost in monthly installments before your arrival to Egypt.
All our Egypt tours and programs don't include the entrance fees to specific archaeological sites, such as entering one of the Pyramids inside, visiting the Mummies Room at the Egyptian Museum in Cairo, visiting the Solar Boat Museum at the Pyramids area, and entering the Tomb of Tutankhamen at Valley of the Kings in Luxor.

Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel your Egypt Tour at any time If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject

Around Egypt Tours offers a highly flexible cancelation policy, in case your government or the airline declared a travel warning
for War, riot, civil strife, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, flood, conditions, epidemics, infections, or outbreaks of COVID-19. If that happened, we would be refunding you the amount paid for the booked tour, or in some cases, your payment will be a credit for future travel. You have the flexibility to apply this amount towards new travel services booked within 12 months.
According to the airline's terms and conditions, only flights’ cancellation/changing fees are charged, and bank surcharges fees are applied on the deposit amount paid.
