Itinerary:

Day 1: Cairo Arrival - Your Dream Egypt and Morocco Tours Begin

Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be welcomed by a representative of Around Egypt Tours and will be assisted throughout the travel. A private deluxe air-conditioned vehicle shall await you to be ushered to your hotel. Once at the hotel, you will be assisted during check-in. The representative will also brief you on your 13-day Egypt and Morocco tour itinerary, confirming pick-up times for all tours you have booked. Off you start, with a welcome drink served to you at the hotel. Get ready to set out on your dream vacation, with precious memories awaiting you from both Egypt and Morocco. Day 2: Pyramids and Cairo Sightseeing

After a nice breakfast, the guide will take you on an exclusive tour of Egypt. Begin the day with awe-inspiring vistas of the magnificent Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chefren, and Mykerinus-classical wonders of the ancient world. View the mysterious Sphinx and the equally fascinating Valley Temple. Lunch will be taken in a good local restaurant; this is where you will have the opportunity to taste Egyptian cuisine. After lunch, visit the famous Egyptian Museum, where you'll see the Treasures room supreme with the artifacts of the child king Tutankhamun. Later, you shall be taken back to your hotel in Cairo and will relax while still reminiscing over all the awe-inspiring sights you visited. Have a calm relaxation overnight in Cairo; tomorrow is sure to have more adventures.


Day 3: Fly To Aswan From Cairo

As you get ready for the next part of your journey, it's time to leave your Cairo hotel after a delicious breakfast. To catch your flight to Aswan, proceed to Cairo Airport. Our committed Around Egypt Tours representative will greet you at the Aswan airport. Your private guide will undertake an exciting day of Aswan tours with you. First, from Aswan, you will cross the Nile by boat to Agilkia Island, where the magnificent Philae temple awaits. This temple was dedicated to the goddess Isis and is one of the NubianTemples that were saved before the flooding caused by the construction of the High Dam. While wandering the grand colonnades, imposing towers, and deeply carved reliefs of Philae Temple, gaze upon the very last hieroglyphic and demotic inscriptions in Egypt. The exciting visit will culminate in your having transport provided to your hotel in Aswan for some relaxation and rest. You will need all the energy you can muster for even more fabulous adventures around this ancient land!


Day 4: Private Tour to Abu Simbel Temple / Nile Cruise

Departure after a sumptuous breakfast, followed by capture into the private air-conditioned vehicle for a transfer to Abu Simbel Temples. The drive to the site is for a duration of about 3 and a half hours. Abu Simbel, the abode of two magnificent temples, is regarded as the greatest work of ancient Egypt and is a monument to the genius of the New Kingdom. With their unique architectural style, they are now symbolic of the glory of their respective ages. The Temple of Ramesses II is dedicated to the four universal gods Ptah, Re-Her-Akhtey, Amun-Re, and Ramesses II himself. Also called "The Sun Temple of Ramesses II," the amazing fabulousness of its structure leaves one speechless. The Temple of Queen Nefertari, or Temple of Hathor, is dedicated to the vita of the Sun God, Hathor. In a way, a symbolic marriage into history is forged between Ramesses II, Nefertari, Hathor, and the Sun God through both temples. This will be followed by a transfer to the Nile cruise and embarkation. Prepare for a scenic spectacle along the Nile as the ship sails from Aswan. Overnight stay on the Nile cruise.


Day 5: Kom Ombo and Edfu Nile Cruise Adventure

Breakfast on the ship is delightful with the rising sun, the cruise cruising to Kom Ombo. You'll have a whole day fixed for exploration. Your first visit in Kom Ombo is to the magnificent Temple of two ancient gods, Sobek and Haeroris. Gape at the temple's unique dual design layout and intervene in the story of these deities in ancient Egyptian mythology. After a visit to Kom Ombo Temple, return to your Nile cruise, from where you continue cruising on to Edfu, having that yummy lunch on board route. Upon arriving in Edfu, you will have one of the memories to remember forever: being accompanied by your guide, you will take the Kalesh, which is a traditional horse carriage, to Horus Temple. This remarkable Ptolemaic temple is said to be the best preserved in all of Egypt, with a very impressive number of columns, halls, chambers, and chapels. The grand twin-towered entrance gate is flanked by two enormous statues of Horus, the falcon-headed god, and most revered within those walls. Enjoy afternoon tea as you travel along the beautiful Nile with the relaxing views toward Esna. Dinner is served on board in the evening; after dinner, a good night's sleep awaits you on your Nile cruise, still enchanted by the timeless landscapes and history of Egypt.


Day 6: Luxor Nile Cruise Private Tours

Sail to Luxor while relishing a delicious breakfast on board. Prepare for an exciting day of exploration as you disembark from your cruise. The adventure starts on the West Bank of Luxor, where the renowned royal cemetery awaits. Visit the resting place of 64 Pharaohs, and witness the history and splendor of these ancient rulers. The Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, the sole female pharaoh of ancient Egypt, should then be visited. The enormous statues of Memnon, the site's ancient guardians, are located nearby. Return to your Nile Cruise for a relaxing overnight stay after an enlightening day of tours, preserving the memories of Luxor's historic wonders.

Day 7: Luxor East Bank & Cairo Exploration

Post-afternoon, your transfer to Luxor airport for a flight to Cairo will come on, where ancient Egyptian glamour sketches will keep you bewitched.

Day 8: Alexandria Day Tour from Cairo

After breakfast at your hotel, your knowledgeable guide from Around Egypt Tours will pick you up for an enchanting day trip to Alexandria. Begin by visiting the Catacombs, an impressive Roman Cemetery with three levels carved into the rock. Next, marvel at the iconic Pompey's Pillar. A nice lunch in a local diner in Alexandria will precede further discoveries. While at Qaitbay Citadel, the visitors will pass by the ancient Pharonic Library of Alexandria. See how magnificent the Bibliotheca Alexandrina is, a tribute of some sort to the ancient Library of Alexandria. Your guide will return you to the hotel, where memories of your adventure in Alexandria .


Day 9: Fly To Casablanca - Welcome To Morocco

After breakfast at your Cairo hotel, we'll transfer you to Cairo International Airport for your flight to Casablanca, Morocco. Upon arrival at Mohamed V Airport, our driver will meet and assist you, taking you to your hotel in a luxurious, air-conditioned vehicle. Check in, savor a delicious dinner, and enjoy a relaxing overnight stay in Casablanca.


Day 10: Casablanca and Rabat Excursion

After a nice breakfast at the hotel, the day begins by soaking in the porous atmosphere of Casablanca. Right away, the medina offers a place for excellent ideas exposed with local markets, arts, and crafts. Then, there is the Royal Palace, a regal symbol for Morocco itself. While you look at the palace from the outside, the atmosphere brings beauty to your soul.
Now comes the outside view of the most beautiful mosque worthy of any architecture in the land, Hassan II Mosque. While touring, the Art Deco cityscape will mesmerize you-the stunning example where modernity meets tradition. On leaving Casablanca, we'll drive to Rabat, the capital of the administrative government of Morocco. While in Rabat, you will be indulged with a fine lunch in one of the cozy restaurants in the marina area. Enjoy the tastes for as long as you can while soaking up the coastal ambience. Later on, we'll prop up our adventure with a trip to the captivating Oudaya Kasbah, a fort crouching above the Atlantic Ocean. Walk leisurely down its tiny winding streets and absorb the charm of blue-and-white architecture. The next stop will be the boundaries of Tour Hassan, a gigantic minaret holding firmly on to Rabat's ancient history. Being an unfinished mosque, the minaret opens unusual sights of the city's remote past. As the last historical visit, the Mohamed V Mausoleum houses majestic past kings of Morocco. Day 11: Marrakech Exploration

The full-day tour of this mesmerizing city starts right after breakfast. Our first visit will be to the serene and captivating Majorelle Gardens, a garden oasis created by the French painter Jacques Majorelle. Stroll along the charming paths, surrounded by a riot of colorful flowers and let the tranquility enchant your senses. Next will come the Menara Gardens: picturesque orchards and olive groves stand drenched with tranquility. Forty-five minutes of gazing upon the view of the pavilion reflected in still waters will calm your spirits. Following the Menara reflections, the Koutoubia Minaret, with its allure and spiritual appeal, will seize your attention. Thereafter, enjoy a charming horse carriage ride even to the Mallah, the Jewish Quarter, and immerse yourself in its heritage instance while soaking in the unique sum of cultures that have crafted this pretty neighborhood. In the afternoon, we'll say goodbye to Marrakech and start a comfortable journey back to Casablanca. Upon arriving, check in at your hotel and take a moment to relax and unwind. Tour prices are quoted in US dollars per person per trip except during Christmas, New Year & Easter Egypt and Morocco tours; however, you can pay in Euro or GBP. There are two domestic flights included on this trip. We usually use Egypt Air or Nile Air for this service. Baggage allowance is as follows:

• Tips for the final departure

On your last day, we would recommend not booking any outgoing international flight until after 3.00 pm, or consider spending an extra night in Cairo. Our tour manager can assist with additional services like accommodation and transfers.

•  Cancellation Policy

In case you cancel your Egypt and Morocco tours, the following scale of charges will be applied:
From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 10% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 20% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 14 and 1 days before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.
 Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject
to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.
