• Payment Policy
Reservations should be made as early as possible to book Mövenpick MS Prince Abbas, spaces will be secured upon receiving a deposit of 25 %, and during the Christmas and New Year holidays, the required deposit is 50%. This deposit forms part of your final payment. The remaining balance can be paid up to a weak prior to your arrival date or in cash upon arrival.
Your request will be confirmed upon receiving a deposit of 25 % from the total amount. The remaining can be paid a week before your arrival date or in cash upon arrival.
• Additional Entry Tickets
All our Egypt tour packages and programs don't include the entrance fees to the special archaeological sites such as entering one of the Pyramids inside, to visit the Mummies Room at the Egyptian Museum in Cairo, to visit the Solar Boat Museum at the Pyramids area or to enter the Tomb of Tutankhamen at Valley of the Kings in Luxor.
• Tipping
It is a customary attitude for expressing one’s satisfaction with good services rendered to him by staff on duty with him. We advise if you are willing to offer it, this will be great and if not, you are not obliged to do it.
Cancellation Policy
In case you cancel your Mövenpick MS Prince Abbas booking, the following scale of charges will be applied:
From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 10% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 20% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 14 and 1 days before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.
