During the afternoon, start to discover the treasures of ancient Egypt by visiting the monumental Aswan High Dam, a great symbol of the modern architecture. Later on proceed to discover the magnificent Philae Temple, which was rescued and meticulously moved to Agilkia Island in a sacrifice for love of goddess Isis. Surrounded by waters and protected for its historical significance, it will fascinate you with its graceful columns and fine inscriptions.

Proceed back to the cruiser, the sails will now drift us towards Kom Ombo. At the evening relax with fine cocktail and entertainment in the lavish Club Lounge followed by a fine dinner onboard.

Awake to the tranquil Nile with a morning on board the ship before setting off to the extraordinary temple of Kom Ombo. It is one of only two temples in Egypt, devoted to both the crocodile god Sobek and the falcon god Horus the elder, and it is famous for its harmonious architecture, delicate reliefs and wonderful illustrations of ancient medical techniques.

Return to the cruise and continue sailing downstream towards Edfu, stopping to enjoy a delightful lunch aboard.

In the afternoon, visiting the awe-inspiring Temple of Edfu, considered the most perfectly preserved of all the temples in Egypt. Dedicated to Horus, the falcon god, its towering pylons, spacious courts and ornately decorated chambers give an amazing impression of Ptolemaic era religious life.

Your Luxury Nile Cruise sails towards Esna, watch the sunset in shades of gold across the Nile, then enjoy a lavish dinner onboard.

Upon arrival in Luxor, the ancient capital of Thebes, in the morning. Breakfast followed by your initial exploration on the fabulous West Bank.

Explore the royal burial ground of the Valley of the Kings, where the great pharaohs were entombed within incredibly decorated tombs concealed within the mountainous desert. Make a visit to the truly spectacular Medinet Habu mortuary temple of Ramesses III with its huge gateways and brightly colored and clearly depicting battle scenes.

Enjoy photo opportunity at the magnificent Colossi of Memnon and then make your way back on board the cruise boat for lunch.

Spend the afternoon with an exploration of the spectacular East Bank, beginning at Luxor Temple. Move on to the mammoth temple complex of Karnak Temple, with its enormous columns, avenues, huge obelisks and temples revealing truly awe inspiring proportions.

After breakfast on board, visit Luxor’s legendary West Bank, a UNESCO World Heritage site brimming with some of the country’s most impressive ancient treasures.

Be amazed by the spectacular Valley of the Kings, an ancient burial ground for generations of pharaohs, tucked away within opulent subterranean chambers excavated into the heart of the surrounding desert mountains, before proceeding to visit Deir el-Medina, the immaculately preserved settlement of the artists who created the incredible tombs.

See the gigantic Colossi of Memnon and marvel at the Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut, an architecturally outstanding structure cut into the rock face beneath the limestone cliffs of Deir el-Bahari, and considered a pinnacle of ancient Egyptian design.

This perfectly preserved temple devoted to the falcon-headed god Horus is one of the best in all of Egypt and, with its enormous pylons and courts, its intricately carved reliefs will give you a deep appreciation for Ptolemaic religious beliefs.

Continue sailing, lunch onboard, with fantastic views of the river as you cruise to Kom Ombo.

Later you can visit the distinctive Ptolemaic temple of Kom Ombo, built on a dramatic bend of the Nile and dedicated to both Sobek the crocodile god, and Horus the Elder. It is noted for its balanced, and double, layout of rooms and for its remarkable hieroglyphic inscriptions and unique history.

Enjoy tea in the afternoon before dinner and a relaxing evening under the Egyptian stars.

Arrive in Aswan; a treasure among Egypt's beautiful cities where its granite islands, feluccas and golden desert create an ambiance of tranquil history.

After breakfast, visit the great Aswan High Dam. It's one of the greatest engineering feats of modern Egypt. We'll take a boat to the beautiful Philae Temple that is located on Agilkia Island. It was built for the goddess Isis and this remarkably preserved temple has graceful columns, detailed carvings, and a serene island atmosphere.

Back to the boat for lunch, then visit the green, oasis of the Aswan Botanical Garden. Exotics plants are displayed with paved shaded paths, a beautiful sight to see from the surrounding desert.

Have afternoon tea in the lounge or on the sun deck before taking a brightly colored Nubian show. Your dinner for this evening will be a spectacular farewell dinner onboard
