4 Days - Aswan / Luxor Every Friday
Day 1: Arrival in Aswan and the Magic of the Nile
Upon arrival to Aswan you will be met with a welcome aboard the Mvenpick SS Misr Luxury Nile Cruise. Get settled into your elegant cabin or suite, then enjoy a delicious lunch while enjoying the gentle flowing Nile and an atmosphere that promises adventure.
Later in the afternoon you will tour the Aswan High Dam, a marvel of modern engineering, then by motorboat to the spell binding Philae Temple devoted to Isis and sitting on Agilkia Island. Next will be the Unfinished Obelisk, with an excellent look at how they worked with the stones back then.
Back aboard enjoy your afternoon tea, then enjoy the evening with a sophisticated dinner and live Nubian entertainment.

Day 2: Kom Ombo and Edfu Temples
Start your day with a smooth sailing journey toward Kom Ombo where you can savor breakfast while overlooking the Nile.
Discover the unusual Temple of Kom Ombo; one of the rare temples dedicated to two gods, Sobek and Horus the Elder, with a very distinct symmetrical structure and peculiar carvings on the walls. Then, continue your journey to Edfu and discover the perfectly preserved Temple of Horus on a traditional horse-drawn carriage.
As the sun sets, you will sail towards Luxor where you will have your afternoon tea on board, and as night falls, you can enjoy an enchanting Egyptian Galabia Night with music and shows.

Day 3: The Treasures of Ancient Thebes
Arrive in Luxor, the ancient city of Thebes and home to Egypt’s greatest monuments.
Explore the Valley of the Kings where finely decorated tombs can help unlock the secret of the netherworld. Proceed on to visit the breathtaking mortuary temple of Queen Hatshepsut, with a stop at the Colossi of Memnon. Return to ship for lunch.
Visit the extensive temple of Karnak this afternoon, then proceed on a more elegant temple, the temple of Luxor which is situated along the Nile Corniche. Return to ship for a fine farewell dinner.

Day 1: Arrival in Luxor and the Temples of Ancient Thebes
Your journey aboard the Mövenpick SS Misr Luxury Nile Cruise begins in Luxor with a friendly welcome and embarkation before you settle into your luxury cabin or suite and lunch is served, and it's at this time the magical charm of the Nile will captivate you, as your voyage commences.
In the afternoon, you'll visit the stunning Karnak Temple Complex, the largest religious complex ever constructed in the ancient world, and afterwards visit the beautiful, illuminated Luxor Temple, situated along the Nile Corniche, linked by the ancient Avenue of Sphinxes.

Day 2: Luxor West Bank and Sailing Toward Esna

Continue to beautiful Queen Hatshepsut's Temple and the Colossi of Memnon then return to the boat.

Sail on during lunch, en route to Kom Ombo, where in the afternoon, you will have the opportunity to explore this unusual double temple, dedicated to Sobek and Horus the Elder on the banks of the Nile. This evening enjoy a barbeque and Galabia Egyptian Night on board.

To secure your desired program and ensure availability, we recommend making reservations as early as possible. A deposit of 25% of the total amount is required to secure your booking, except during the Christmas and New Year holidays when a deposit of 50% is necessary. This deposit will be deducted from your final payment. The remaining balance can be settled up to one week before your arrival date or in cash upon your arrival.
