Day 1: Welcome to Cairo, Egypt

Welcome to Cairo, Egypt
Around Egypt Tours representative will meet and assist you at Cairo International Airport, and he will accompany you to the hotel by an air-conditioned deluxe vehicle. The representative will assist you at the hotel to check-in and review your Round trip cruise itinerary to confirm each tour's pick-up times. Welcome Drink upon your arrival.

At night, our Tour Manager will pick you up from your hotel to attend the Sound and Light Show of Giza Pyramids of Cheops, Chefren, and Mykerinus. Discover the enchanting history of the ancient Egyptians. It starts with the story of the Sphinx, who has been the vigilant guardian of the dead city for five thousand years. The show also depicts the story of building the pyramids and relates the history of great and famous figures of ancient Egypt, such as Thutmosis IV, Akhnaten, Nefertiti, and Tut Ankh Amon. Back to your hotel. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 2: Visit The Great Pyramids

After your breakfast at the hotel, you will move with your private tour guide to the famous Giza Plateau to start your best Egypt tours by visiting the only remaining wonder from the original Seven Wonders of the Ancient World - the Great Pyramids of Khufu (called Cheops by the Ancient Greeks). On the plateau are the pyramids of Khafre (Chephren) and the smallest Pyramid Menkaure (Mykerinos). Then, you proceed to visit the Sphinx and the Valley Temple, which belongs to the Pyramids of Chephren. Stop for a free Camel ride tour for 15 minutes. Enjoy Lunch during the tour at a good quality restaurant famous for testy Egyptian foods, and then move to visit the Egyptian Museum, where you will explore the splendid collection of Tutankhamun besides many other attractive artifacts. Later, back to your hotel.

Day 3: Fly to Luxor from Cairo / Round Trip Cruise

Check out from your hotel in the morning then transfer to Cairo Airport for a flight to Luxor. Upon arrival, Around Egypt Tours representative will meet you at Luxor Airport, and then he will accompany you to embark on the Nile River cruise for a round trip cruise.

Day 4: Luxor East Bank

Breakfast on board, and then you will be then you will be guided for a wonderful exploration of the East Bank of the Nile in Luxor to Karnak Temple, the world's largest ancient religious site.
The hypo style hall with its gigantic columns, is one of Egypt’s famous landmarks. There will be free time to explore the different parts of the huge complex built during various Pharaoh's reigns. Then you will be transferred to the majestic Luxor Temple, which was built by Amenhotep III and Ramses II for ritual and festivals and dedicated to the God Amun. Back to the cruise. Lunch and Dinner on board the Nile cruise.

Day 5: Edfu Temple/ Sail to Kom Ombo

After breakfast on Nile Cruise, our guide will accompany you to visit the Horus Temple at Edfu by a Kalesh ride ( horse and carriage). Explore the huge Ptolemaic Temple of Horus at Edfu, which is the most complete and best-preserved Egyptian Temples, consisting of many columns, halls, chambers, and chapels. Two statues of Horus flank the twin-towered entrance gate. Then, you sail to Kom Ombo while having your lunch on board the cruise. Afternoon Tea and Free time at leisure. Dinner on board.Overnight in Kom Ombo.

Day 6: Aswan sightseeing Tours

After breakfast on the Nile cruise, your private tour guide will accompany you to start your day of Aswan tours with a cross by boat to Agilkia Island to visit philae temple which was dedicated to the goddess Isis, which is one of the Nubian Temples rescued before the High Dam was built. Enjoy Philae’s long colonnades, towers, and reliefs, including the last surviving hieroglyphic and demotic inscriptions in Egyp. Back to the cruise for lunch on board the Nile cruise. Dinner on board. Overnight in Aswan.

Day 7: Abu Simbel Tour

After breakfast on your hotel, Around Egypt Tours representative will transfer you to complete your tours to Egypt and visit Abu Simbel, about 03 hours driving, to enjoy The two Temples of Abu Simbel, with their unique style, are considered to be the masterpieces of ancient Egypt. They reflect the glory and grandeur of the new Kingdom. The Egyptian government and UNESCO decided to co-operate to save these temples from the flood. The Temple of Ramsses II was dedicated to the four universal gods Ptah, Re-Her-Akhtey, Amun-Re, and Ramsses II himself. The great Abu Simbel temple is also called The Sun Temple of RamssessII.The Temple of Queen Nefertari is also Called Temple of Hathor, who was the wife of the Sun God so symbolically, the two Temples, that of Ramsses II and that of Nefertari, bring Ramesses II, Nefertari, Hathor, and the Sun God together as one. Then you will return to your Nile boat in Aswan. Overnight in Aswan.

Day 8: Sail to Kom Ombo Temple / Sail to Esna

Back to your Cruise to set sail to Edfu with lunch on board. Then, you continue sailing to Esna, with afternoon tea on board. Dinner on board.

Day 9: Luxor Nile Cruise Excursions

Sail to Luxor with breakfast on board your Cruise. Then, you head out to enjoy a private guided tour to Luxor's west bank and start your tour by visiting the royal cemetery for 64 Pharaohs in the Valley of the Kings (the original resting place of the world-famous boy King Tutankhamun). After that, you will move to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut (the only Female Pharaoh) at El Deir EL Bahari, which was built in the 15th century BC, and the two towering statues of Memnon. (The three tombs visited are determined by the Egyptian Government to preserve them from the large flow of visitors; therefore, they are rotated throughout the year and cannot be confirmed as to which tombs before your visit). Then, you back to the cruise. Lunch and dinner on board the cruise in Luxor. Overnight on board the cruise in Luxor.

Tour prices are quoted in US dollars per person per trip except during Christmas, New Year & Easter Egypt vacations; however, you can pay in Euro or GBP. Moreover, we always update our prices to ensure that you receive the lowest price possible. Once your round trip cruise is confirmed, no change to the rates is guaranteed from our part.

• Domestic flights

There are two domestic flights included on this trip. We usually use Egypt Air or Nile Air for this service. Baggage allowance is as follows:
Checked-in   - 1 Bag, max 23kg
Hand luggage - 1 bag, max 7kg

• Tips for the final departure

On your last day, we would recommend not booking any outgoing international flight until after 3.00 pm, or consider spending an extra night in Cairo. Our Tour Manager can assist with additional services like accommodation and transfers.

If your Egypt tours includes airfare, extra charges for your children may be applied.

•    Payment Policy

Reservations should be made as early as possible to confirm the desired round trip cruise. Spaces will be secured as well as Your request will be confirmed upon receiving a deposit of 25 % of the required payment.
During the peak season (X-Mas, New Year), the required deposit will 50%of the required payment. This deposit forms part of your final payment. The remaining balance should be paid up to a week before your arrival date or cash upon arrival.


•  Installments policy

Around Egypt Tours offers you a new payment plan that allows you to pay your booked round trip cruise in monthly installments.
You will pay in monthly installments of 6 months, nine months, or 12 months leading up to your arrival. You will pay the Rest of
payment upon your arrival to Egypt in cash or by credit/debit cards, or you can pay the full cost in monthly installments before your
Arrival to Egypt.
    
•    Additional Entry Tickets

All our Egypt tours and programs don't include the entrance fees to the specific archaeological sites such as :
 Entering one of the Pyramids inside
Visit the Mummies Room at the Egyptian Museum in Cairo
Visit the Solar Boat Museum at the Pyramids area
Enter the Tomb of Tutankhamen at Valley of the Kings in Luxor.

•    Tipping

It is a customary attitude for expressing one’s satisfaction with good services rendered to him by staff on duty with him. We advise If you are willing to offer it, this will be great, and if not, you are not obliged to do it.

•  Cancellation Policy

 In case you cancel your round trip cruise, the following scale of charges will be applied:
From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 10% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 20% of the entire trip price will be charged.
Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire trip price will be charged.
Between 14 and 1 days before your arrival date, 100% of the entire trip price will be charged.
 Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject
to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.

• Emergency Cancellation Policy

Around Egypt Tours offers a highly flexible cancelation policy, in case your government or the airline declared a travel warning
for War, riot, civil strife, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, flood, conditions, epidemics, infections, or outbreaks of COVID-19. If that happened, we would be refunding you the amount paid for the booked tour, or in some cases, your payment will be a credit for future travel. You have the flexibility to apply this amount towards new travel services booked within 12 months.
According to the airline's terms and conditions, only flights’ cancellation/changing fees are charged, and bank surcharges fees are applied on the deposit amount paid.
